Exchange Policy

VGear follows an exchange policy if the product has issues in terms of size or shows any sign of damage during the shipping process.
Please note that the product will be exchanged for size only in the following cases
- When the product you ordered and received do not match
- When the product is damaged
- When the size is not suitable
In case of damage, the image of the product must be shared.
In case you want to exchange the product, follow the below instructions
- The product must be exchanged within 48hrs of receiving the product and a mail must be sent to info@vgears.in regarding the same.
- Please ship the product to the address mentioned in the invoice received with the product.
- In case of exchange, the cost of shipping must be borne by the customer. V Gears will send the replacement free of cost.
- Kindly note that the product must be unused with all the tags and packing material intact for an exchange.
- Please note accessories cannot be exchanged. Also, products under offers or
- discounts cannot be exchanged or claimed for warranty.
- If the replacement product is not available in the requested size, the customer can choose another model. If that is also not available, then a refund will be made only in the form of store credit which will be valid for 90 days.
Exchange requests for another series, brand or product will not be done.
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUND OR RETURN. THE COMPANY WILL NOT MAKE A CASH REFUND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
